These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

This store sells BoopNose™ phone cases online. You can reach us any time at cloisteragency@gmail.com.

Using this site

You may browse and buy for your own personal use. You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you need a valid payment method in your own name.

Please don't: attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt the site; upload malicious code; impersonate someone else; use the site to break the law; or resell our products commercially without our written agreement.

We can suspend or refuse service to anyone who does any of the above, or cancel an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent.

Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation.

We may cancel or refuse an order — including after you've received an order confirmation — if the item is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund you in full, promptly.

Prices, discounts and promotions can change at any time. A change doesn't affect an order already placed. Automatic quantity discounts apply as shown at checkout; discounts don't stack unless the checkout total says otherwise. Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are shown before you pay.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Even so, colors can look different from one screen to another, and product photography and renderings are illustrative — the item you receive can differ slightly in shade or finish.

Each case is manufactured for one specific phone model. It's your responsibility to select the correct model at checkout; if you're unsure, email us before ordering and we'll confirm it for you.

Our cases guard against everyday scratches, bumps and minor drops. They are not certified drop-proof, waterproof or shockproof equipment, and we don't promise they will prevent damage to your phone in every situation. Nothing here is a warranty against damage to your device.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and change or update information at any time without notice, including after you've placed an order.

Returns and shipping

Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in this document reduces the 30-day return right described there, or any right you have under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

The BoopNose™ name, logo, product designs, photography, illustrations, text and site design are owned by us or used under license, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product — not rights to the designs on it.

If you send us photos, reviews, ideas or other content, you give us permission to use and display them in connection with our products and marketing, with credit where practical. You confirm the content is yours to share. We're not obliged to keep any submission confidential or to pay for it.

Third-party links and services

The site relies on third-party services (payment processors, carriers, analytics and advertising platforms) and may link to other sites. We're not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Review their terms before using them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

Some states don't allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. This section doesn't limit liability for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which our business is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of that jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, this doesn't remove the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your own state.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated, and it applies from the moment it's posted. Changes don't apply retroactively to orders already placed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
